Annmarie has over 30 years of experience working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during times of rapid change and growth. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the people and business strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management, employee involvement, and change. Passionate about the leadership of teams, she views the development of teams and their learning an essential element to gain competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained leaders who have demonstrated success and results. Her work helped to cultivate cultures in organizations which promote innovation in learning as well as positive changes for both individuals and teams. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts to the charity. Additionally, she supports a variety of non-profit organisations in her free time. One of them is the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is among them. Its goal is to develop women as leaders. They also offer training and networking for Hospitality Healthcare Network, an association of professional members in North America.
