Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Within a year she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her university studies. She came back in 2015 and picked up where she previously left off competing in top competitions including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards every year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years of competition to get her college diploma. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. In the competition, she came in third. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than proud of the result. Ariel had to compete against the best of top athletes. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull-downs. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
