Adelaide Clemens
Brisbane is the place where she was raised. She is the daughter of British parents. Clemens was working as an actor on Australian TV while she was at high school. In 2006, she appeared as Juliet in the episode Blue Water High and in 2007, as Alison as Alison in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens was the lead character of Harper on Love My Way, a Showtime drama in the in the same year. In the same role, she was nominated for the Graham Kennedy Award at the Logie Awards 2008 for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was on screen with Sigrid the of Xavier Sigrid Cropper Andrew McFarlane and Linda Cropper in Dream Life 2008 which aired on MTV Networks Australia. The next year, Clemens became the new face of Jan Logan jewelery. Clemens moved from California to Los Angeles in the year 2009. Clemens played the role as Xandrie (Wasted on the Young) in the film Wasted on the Young. Clemens played Camilla Dickinson alongside Gregg Sulkin and Cary Elwes. Samantha Mathis also appeared. The show was an adaptation from the 1951 novel the same title by young adult novelist Madeleine L'Engle.She played the role of a teenager Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The film Silent Hill 3 was the sequel to Silent Hill. Based on the Silent Hill 3 survival horror game, the horror film was an inspiration for the game Silent Hill 3. Clemens starred as Valentine Wannop the young suffragette Valentine Wannop. Clemens played the lead role in the film No One Lives, a 2012 horror film that starred Luke Evans. In 2013, she was in The Great Gatsby, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel of the same name. Catherine Wilson plays the elder cousin of Myrtle Wilson portrayed by Isla Fisher. Clemens portrays Tawney talbot in Rectify (2013) which was created by Ray McKinnon for the Sundance Channel. Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham Zachary Quinto and Clemens will star as the main characters in The Girl Who Invented Kissing A film by an independent filmmaker.
